Tegan Padget

Hailing from the sunny shores of Queensland’s Gold Coast, Tegan combines her passion for cooking with her mission of helping women heal their relationship with food, movement and body.

As a former chef, Tegan proclaimed “A big focal point for this collection is creating yummy meals the whole family loves while improving overall well-being and body composition. I aim to deliver a delightful range of recipes that cater to all schedules and budgets, making healthy eating accessible and enjoyable for everyone.”

Tegan’s mission is aligned with Umami’s values, and her first collection echoes our fundamental belief in fresh and functional nutrition. We couldn’t have found a better fit for our first Creator Collab and want to share more about her collection with you here.

Tegan’s Collection

From modern takes on traditional dishes to hearty classics to the freshest of fresh, Tegan’s 10 Recipe Collection has something for everyone. This dynamic collection has meals for those busy clients on the go and those who have a little longer to indulge, all while keeping nutrition goals in mind.

The recipes are veggie-loaded yet pass the esteemed grandeur taste buds of the young-gun fussy groms and the whole family. You’ll find tropical juicy fruits fried in Asian rice dishes, creamy comfort mash, cheesy drool-able delights, delightful warm salads with roasted pumpkin and a burger bowl with the works. And a few others you’ll just have to check out for yourself.

But before you go anywhere, what’s a good recipe without first finding out more about their creator?

More on Tegan

Tegan accurately describes herself as a personal coach, accountability buddy and hype gal and preaches progress from a place of self-love 🫶🏼!

“My mission is to help women heal their relationship with food, movement and body, whilst reaching body composition goals sustainably and enjoyably. I believe it’s easier to improve your health and body from a place of love and use education around nutrition and movement, as well as mindset to help my clients achieve this.”

Beyond her coaching, Tegan hosts the Bread and Better Podcast with co-host and friend Alex Whittington, where they discuss women's holistic health and its impact on the next generation.

Recent B&B episodes discuss trending and timeless topics in all aspects of physical and mental health, such as busting exercise myths, pulling yourself out of a rut, managing ADHD and financial wellness, to name some of the more recent.

And as if that’s not enough, Tegan has set a mighty goal to surf every day in September to raise funds for SurfAid. Her fundraising efforts will go to families in remote communities around the globe. If you’d like to support her, consider donating here.

Drop Tegan a follow and find out more about what she’s up to.
